Women
Ever since the Indutrial Revolution in the 1800s, women have been targetted and discriminated for their gender because of the “incapability” for working. To this day, we often see gender inequality play into the workforce, especially how women are at disadvantages when obtaining jobs or specific titles.
Person of Color
People of Color are heavily attacked in the work field because of the skin color or ethnicity. Often times, hate is spread throughout work places because of one’s race, causing the work dynamic to be toxic and unproductive. Additionally, research has shown how there is a wealth gap in the labor market which targets POC.
